Investor Presentation

The wearable of Tomorrow

The self-monitoring market opens up opportunities that previously only professional athletes had access to. With self-monitoring, it is possible to achieve training targets. Smartphones, fitness and activity trackers, other wearables and applications for recording and sending vital data, have opened up this market. In the coming years this market will continue to grow. Experts predict a total turnover of 50 billion USD in 2019, the market will double over the next five years. The variety of sport activities provides an open market for self-monitoring products

The wearables market is not only one of the fastest growing markets, but it also offers a friendly entrance environment for companies with innovative products. While traditional markets, such as the classic sport clothing market, are dominated by a few big players, the top five in the relatively new wearables market are predicted to lose market shares, leaving room for new competitors and innovations. In addition, the first agility shirt with live data tracking is part of the trending smart clothing segment, which will increase its share within the wearable market from 1% in 2016 to 9% in 2021 and is predicted to have a compound annual growth rate of a whopping 76.6%!
